私の個人的な見解では、断続的な断食は、カロリー制限ダイエットを行うための便利な方法として始まりました。完全なカロリー制限ダイエットを行うのは難しい選択です。国民のほとんどはそんなことはしないだろう。断続的な断食ラインは、週に 1 ~ 2 日断食し、細胞をきれいにし、代謝をリセットして空腹欲求をコントロールすることなどです。それは私たちの体がオートファジーと高いHGHレベルに入るのを助け、治癒メカニズムを開始します。
しかし、カロリー制限にはもう一つ重要な利点があり、それは基礎代謝率を低下させることです。100 万馬力の車があれば、1 ミリ秒で 1 ガロンの燃料が消費されますが、1 馬力で走行する車であれば、はるかに長い距離を走ることになります。それを効率といいます。より効率的にエネルギーを燃焼させようとすると、より長く走れるようになります。

結論:
- CR は薬理学的介入を一切行わずに代謝パラメーターを改善するため、特に前糖尿病患者やインスリン抵抗性患者に利益をもたらします。寿命も延びます。
- カロリー制限のないIFは、CRと同様に、体重減少を引き起こすことなく、健康と病気、特に癌、糖尿病、その他のDNA損傷誘発性疾患に対する細胞の抵抗力を改善することができます。これは、筋肉量を維持したい人にとって有益である可能性があります。
